South Portland has introduced a new municipal program designed to help residents improve their home energy systems, lower utility bills, and support environmental sustainability.
Applications are currently being accepted on a rolling basis. According to Sustainability Director Julie Rosenbach, the program takes a holistic approach to help residents create long-term energy plans and reduce overall living costs.
